This will be in line with the specified purpose for which you have voluntarily provided your Personal Data to us, and in respect of which you have not indicated that you do not consent to the use of your Personal Data.
  • Processing Without Consent but within the Bounds of the Law: Under specific circumstances outlined in the legislation, Personal Data may be processed without obtaining your consent but within the bounds of the law. These circumstances will be in alignment with the provisions stated in the law, such as for compliance with any judgment, decree, or order issued under any law for the time being in force in India or any judgment or order relating to claims of a contractual or civil nature under any law for the time being in force outside India; or for health & safety provisions detailed under the DPDP Act.
